This is a pretty random question but I'm recently having problems with uploading videos to YouTube and sizes of files.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to make videos smaller files for YouTube but high quality and which is the best file type and movie edittor (I currently use vegas 10.
I've tried mp4 which seem to be the best file type but even a 10 min video takes 120 mins to upload.
And it is a hassle. mainly because its my internet but i'm trying to get around it.
EDIT: Is a 183.14M big for a 7:30 video wmv file type? Its all footage recorded from fraps and audio sepratly all redered with Sony vegas and it takes apprently 250 mins to upload? is something wrong?
Don't see how that would help you much if it's your ISP being shit.
183 is quite small for a WMV video of that length, perhaps YouTube is having a slow day (happens occasionally) or your ISP sucks. It takes me about 2 hours to upload 800 MB files, and that's with my crappy TalkTalk 8MB broadband.
(I can't advise you on file types in case you're wondering - All I have for editing is Windows Movie Maker that came with Windows 7 so don't have a choice but to save in WMV).

Go to your ISP's website and see if you can login somewhere to see your plan. I have an upload speed that is only a fraction of what my download speed is.
Ah, we are high school boys,
the miserable high school boys.
If we were girls, we could get popular by doing anything:
rock band, jazz band,
karate, kendo, mahjong, cyborg, synchronized swimming...
On the other hand, high school boys are
useless outside battle and sports anime.
But they're recklessly trying to make a slice-of-life anime about us.
