I found it really hard to time jumps and line them up properly. Don't get me wrong, it has some great mechanics, I just found them very difficult to master. It wasn't really for me.

I get really irritated with games but Mirror's Edge didn't really annoy me at all. Yes it is hard, but to me it's a welcome challenge because the game is so great.

Anyway, Mirror's Edge definitely needs a sequel, or a prequel or something new.

I didn't find it to be that hard. I just wasn't that interested by it.

Mirror’s Edge was a neat concept but by god it did some dumb stuff late in the game. I can’t count how many times I simply couldn’t figure out what path I was supposed to take.

I wish Sega would make another Vectorman using the engine they used for Vanquish that would be a hot game; I wonder if it ever crossed their mind? They were planning to turn it into a third-person shooter at one point anyway.

I would pay so much money for a 3D Vectorman. That game fucking rules.

I played a 3D platform/fighting/FPS type game on the Xbox called Breakdown. While it was really cool and reminded me of the Matrix, it's a good example of why 3D platformers/fighters don't translate well sometimes, due to distances, not being able to see things at the right angle... etc

I would be cool with Sega just giving Vanquish a Vectorman skin. I think if it had a unique multiplayer component it could be a hit. GOW clones are becoming the new COD clones so this would be an opportune time for it.

Bringing back this thread with a classic platformer I completly forgot about till now, Prehistorik

When I got my SNES, It came with Prehistorik Man and I remember playing it very vaguely at my mates. It's a pretty fun game and I think needs a HD remake

Pizza Tycoon. One of my favourite Tycoon games back in the day.
The only game where you make pizza, run a business, deal with mafia, buy bombs and rats to use against your competitors and do random dealings with NPCs that have different heads (including a fly/insect head)

And this amazing game called Mad TV about running a TV studio by buying tv series and films and then choosing when to air them, what adverts to use, etc.

Deal with mafia? In a pizza simulator? Oh man that sounds awesome.
