SCRUB is a miserable person, that works hard for a low salary, and is in the lower point of the class hierachy ( like the slaves of Rupture Farms).

Slang. A somewhat eccentric person; an oddball. To fall asleep or collapse from fatigue or exhaustion. To act in an odd or eccentric manner.
So, I guess a flake is a hard worker, as the scrub.

POSER is a person that inspect someone's work(for example, the Mudokon with a spear that is in the tree growers video, where mudokons chant to make trees to grow up again).
Big Kahonees and Shamans are the most spiritual mudokon status. the expression "Big Kahonee" comes from Polinesian cultures(Hawai, for instance) and means something like spiritual leader. the word "Shaman" is used to describe spiritual men in some Native American cultures that have shamanism as religion.
