Seriously, if it's a real limited edition then buying it might be a good investment (it will take value in a couple of years).

It probably is one of the only true "limited editions" in recent years. Companies these days tend to just slap that phrase on a box when it's actually produced en mass. 5000 copies is limited and it will most likely hold it's value. It all depends if there will be people round who want it.
Some argue that digital distribution has destroyed the potential for games of this generation every growing in rarity / desire akin to the PS1 / Nintendo golden age, but that's a whole other debate.
If there was ever a PS4 release I'd say would be worth something in years to come, It'd be this. But this baby's a keeper for me. And I think anyone who buys video games SOLELY with the hope that they become valuable over time is quite silly. You'd be much better off investing your money in stocks or something real, than on a whim a video game might be desirable.
