I love all the bits and pieces dangling in the background. It was that stuff that always made the original feel like a real, populated world to me. Plus they just look cool.

I completely agree about the flatness of the sky, and the whole scene looks rather overcrowded. I'd say the atmosphere's been missed on this one guys.
Difficulty with grabbing a singular shot when it's inherently more fluid now. Remember the camera's moving more than it did in Oddysee, illustrated by the follow-up GIF...

Just a quick question, is there any reason you guys at JAW decided to add those? It's both in the screenshot and the gif.

I think they play some part in making the scenes overcrowded, but I'm probably oversimplifying this.
There's a reason they were added and a reason they're in the shot and the GIF, yup. I think you guys figured it out though.

Yeah, I have to admit that the mushrooms are bugging me. Not necessarily because of the glow, but because of how many there are and how they’re clustered up into large, unnatural-looking groups. Maybe if there were less of them, and they placed around less frequently and less regularly, it wouldn’t look quite as busy.

These GIFs are fabulous, by the way.
FFZ's an organic, wild place, you know that. Not every area of the level will look the same, it's just a case of not wanting to show everything before the game's out.

These gifs are fantastic, and exactly as Nep said, we are die hard fans. We aint ever loosing faith. No matter how much we argue over music notes and comic sans lol.

Also, through out the development process, have you guys come up against any technological boundaries? e.g. things you want to add but cant?

Cheers for putting up that gif to put the game into better perspective. The screen shots are amazing but do not do it justice in how great it really looks when its alive.

Speaking of, have you guys thought about releasing a demo for PC users? like, cut the game off at the point of where you get to the stock yards. I say this because its coming to PC a month after correct?

They can't do that. The fact Lorne was on stage at the Sony conference at E3 2013 meant that they had to be PlayStation exclusive for one month.

If Demos don't hurt sales, why not set up a pre-order system where you purchase the full game but get to play the demo before release? In other words.. Pay £19.99 for the demo and get the free full game.. :P

Question for JAW: Do you have any plans to release Steam Trading Cards and Badges for the PC version? I would love to have a Oddworld Foil Badge on my profile.

Yeah, and I really hate it, funny how I was just in Game, playing a demo version of Octodad on the PS4 yet there is no demo version to be found anywhere on PSN, why make a demo if it's only going to be played in stores?

Pre-order demo would be pretty neato. Putting it up for pre-order now would make some decent revenue and i think it only costs $100 or something to put up a game on steam in the coming soon section? not sure on Steams policies.
