I take milk when there's soya milk, no milk when there's none. Either way is fine, but my preference is milk.

I don't take sugar. I'm sweet enough already.

I live off tea. Infact I'm drinking some right now. :P Either I have it with milk and two sugars, or black tea with honey and a squeeze of lemon.

For lunch I had a large packet of curry flavoured instant noodles. To flavour them up ontop of the sachet of flavouring that comes with them, I normally have them with Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, but I've ran out, so instead I had them with a teaspoon of Tikka Masala curry paste, half a teaspoon of paprika powder, and half a teaspoon of sugar. Surprisingly it worked really well.

What you see below is what I had for dinner tonight in my bed whilst I watched Childs Play, had a leaflet through my door for a takeaway which had this very nice tempting offer.
10" Pizza with any 3 toppings of your choice (I went for pepperoni, ham and Doner Kebab meat)
Garlic Bread
Large Chips
1.5 Litre bottle of coke

They ran out of 1.5 Litre cokes so they gave me 3 500ML's instead,
The price of all this? £8.99
It was nice, but way too much, I couldn't finish any of it!

How on earth I manage to retain my figure is beyond me.

I only just got my fast metabolism like six months ago. I've dropped at varying points in the year, up to 2 stone on my previous weight. And now I'm going to the gym again hopefully I'll bulk up.

I actually shouldn't eat much cheese, I have like a 98% chance of getting heart disease because of my genetics and eating cheese might trigger it but....it's soooo gooood!
