I Just Ate...?

Well, what did you just eat?

I tried out a new Mexican restaurant by my college today, and it was pretty damn good. I got a student discount, so it ended up being dirt cheap for a beef and chicken enchilada, with rice and beans. Didn't enjoy the chicken as much as the beef, but it was still a good meal for the price.

Yesterday for breakfast I had instant noodles. For lunch I had two bananas. Then for my evening meal I had cheese and broccoli quiche with baked beans, followed by an apple. Today I'll be having (pollock) fish fingers and friend egg on toast.

Yay for not being a fussy eater and not being arsed to cook properly. A variety of simple meals in a 5-day rotation FTW.

Could this thread also include drinks? Because my lunch consisted of two different kinds of ice tea. Haven't been able to down any food today for some reason...

Wine gums.

Not as nice as they use to be.

STM 10-05-2011 09:43 AM

Fish and Chips, the epitome of British cuisine.

For lunch I digested a panini, some crappy burger and a chocolate cookie, no healthy food is available for sixth formers, the trauma continues.

Ridg3 10-05-2011 09:52 AM

So far, in my day, I have scoffed a Snickers, Mars bar, packet of Tayto onion crisps, ham sandwich, another Mars bar (triple chocolate,) tin of Lucozade, chicken nuggets and chips, cheese on toast, tea, buttered toast, buttered bread and a Chicken, Bacon and Lettuce sandwich.

It was delicious.

STM 10-05-2011 10:18 AM

You still get Tayto's in Ireland? I love those! Little yellow headed guy.

Ridg3 10-05-2011 10:30 AM

Taytos is based in Ireland so yeah, we still get them :P.

And yep, they be damn tasty, but the cheese and onion flavor ones are so strong it leaves your breath pungent for a good few hours.

STM 10-05-2011 10:42 AM

When I was wee and I went to the farm in Bodyke or near there, we lived on Tayto's, glad to see they're still being made.

dripik 10-05-2011 11:03 AM

Potato stew with sausage and noodles, also known as paprikash, with a slice of bread.
