"I'm staunchly atheist, I simply don’t believe in God. But I'm still Catholic, of course. Catholicism has a much broader reach than just the religion. I'm technically Catholic, it's the box you have to tick on the census form: 'Don't believe in God, but I do still hate Rangers..'"
According to Jiang Xiao, director of a forthcoming thriller entitled Who Killed Paul the Octopus?, the creature had really been dead for the last three months.
Ms Jiang said she was ''60 to 70 per cent sure'' Paul had died in July and been secretly replaced by his keepers.
Explaining how such a deception could have been perpetrated, she added: ''[Octopuses] all look the same. It is impossible to tell the difference.''
Ms Jiang declined to explain why she believed Paul had died in July - or to say more about the revelations in the movie.

Spending as long as I do here, it's easy to forget that Oddworld has actual fans.
That article is filled to the brim with cheap puns...
Anyway, I think that if he kept his final prediction to himself, it was rather shellfish of him. Can't wait to sea the movie though.
I really hope no one here actually believes that this octopus can tell the future, recognise and understand national flags, care about football nor desire to tell its keepers anything even if it could do these things.

That's not directed at anyone, I've just had my confidence in basic human intelligence severely shaken these past few days. Not really here, but the effect carries.
