Anyway, I enjoy fornicating. It doesn't hold the fascination for me that it did 10 years ago but I still greatly enjoy the act of sex. I've been with the same person exclusively for 7 years now and the sex hasn't slowed down or become boring. In fact, I'd say it's gotten better in the last couple of years. That seems to be more because we have grown closer emotionaly more than any kind of new techniques. As a person who doesn't believe in a god I obviously don't feel the need to have a deity sanctioned relationship and I don't need the state to approve of it either. For all effects and purposes she is my wife. I just haven't gone through any ceremonies to prove it.

I never thought of it like that, that's actually a good reason for not (necessarily) getting married, of course, I am religious, so I think it is important thing to do.
