The Movies of Oddworld is free when you pre-order from some websites. I don't how actual stores handle it - how many people pre-order a specific game? It might be better for EB to just stock them in their warehouse and send them out as required.

I'm still holding out for news of the PAL version.

Where can i get the earlyer Christmas cards?? Since i only have three.... And wasn't i suposed to get the MO stickers when i joined the Fan Klub???

Everytime i think about that, it pains in my heart that i never will be able to get them...
Or, do you think that Alf would be willing to do the effort sending them, if i asked nicely?

Well it all depends on when you joined the club. If you joined after he had sent them then its logical you didn't get any stickers.

They were old stock from a previous GDC (where they give out kitchy promotional merchandise. The last GDC they gave out the outlaw cards) that they were trying to get rid of so I doubt they'll have any more even if you asked. I have a feeling that not everyone in the Fan Club got anyway.

You could try pestering people who used to be fans, but who aren't any longer. I managed to get the 2002 card that way (I never received one from OWI, strangly).

It couldn't hurt if you emailed Alf. The worst you'll get is an apology from Alf himself.

Does Rupture Farms have a slogan in general or does it just have slogans for their products?
Is it just me or does Aslik have a tear in his suit that seems to reveal an under suit or something (the picture of Dripik, Aslik and Phleg all together).

Okay, here's my question, and I don't care if it's been answered before, but I couldn't figure it out from reading threads.
I have just read on GameFAQs that Strangers Wrath was leaked a few days ago. Some of you are talking like you've played it. The Official site says it comes out at the end of this month.
Okay, my question is: Is the game out or not?

Facsimile, the game has leaked indeed, and some pirates over at GameFAQs/Gamespot allready played/finished the game. I don't think anyone on the oddworld forums, except Abe Babe and the Inhabitants allready played the game.

the game isn't out, it will be released the 26 jan

i have a question,
Oddworld Stranger's Wrath will be released 1/3/05 in Holland.
But Alf is saying there will be an Europe version of the DVD but all i heard when and how are rumours...
anybody can help??

Just one more question ,
I like to have as many versions as possible from Oddworld games i will say my MO collection :

Oddworld Munch's Oddysee PAL
Oddworld Munch's Oddysee Platium PAL
Oddworld Munch's Oddysee Classic PAL
Oddworld Munch's Oddysee NTSC

i cant use the NTSC but i love to have it

now i was wondering bechause stranger is comming out soon it will be very much to buy both PAL and NTSC new
PAL i will buy new.
But does somebody diagree that if i buy the leaked NTSC version,
It will be from the world, wont make anybody unhappy etc.
I wont make profit of it bechause it is for my collection.

what shall i do and what do you think??

ps : if it stays under my budget of course

I'm a bit confused, is SW coming out in Australia and Europe in March or Febuary? The official oddworld site says it is in Feb but I also heard it is coming out in March.

Feb I hope. Go to your local gaming store and ask at the counter. March in some places, like EU. But I hope Feb in NZ/Aussie, bt I think not.

Is Europe getting an Orange cover?
We know for certain that the US has the greeny-white cover colour scheme. However, we saw an uktra high-res german orange cover, and on UK game sites, the thumbnail is of the orange one :s

Why are the games always first released in US???? I think that it should get released at the same time in all the world

Because its made in the US for the US and NTSC televisions and it takes some time to adapt it for PAL.

I'm on the side of things being released everywhere at the same time, even if that means the NTSC versions are delayed until the PAL versions are fully finished and ready to ship.

I'm with you on that one, but also (I just thought of this) EA probably staggers it so that they are not doing marketing everwhere at the same time. This way they are not stretched too thin and they can reuse elements from the US promotion overseas as well as changing anything that may not have worked.
