After some thought, I decided to accept my somewhat nomination for Fan Corner. I think I could really get some activity back in there.

Well Im glad the forums are finally back up because for some reason I could not login into the temporary forums on EZboard...strange. Oh well. Anyways I nominate Sligslinger as FC Moderator. I Would have nominated Oddguy and Splat but you guys have already been nominated for it. I could use another active member though to help with FC meaning for this election, because otherwise I can handle taking care of threads and such, but to get anything else fun or exciting running I need someone else too who could probably help a lot with planning with me.

Yup, I remember the elections last year. I was here for 1 year, and I got a few nominations for RPG modship... but hobo had more of them. And I don't have luck this year either. Maybe next year. Well, I have enough to do at my RPG, so I'm not bored.

The one year rule has been implemented because we want our Moderators to have been a part of the forums for long enough to become used to our system and way of thinking. Personally, I think one year is a little too short, although by increasing it, we limit the number of candidates significantly.

Actually Jacob, you've been nominated for Off-Topic Discussion, Fan Corner and Non-Oddworld Art & Literature. Of course, if you'd rather only compete for one of the forums, you can drop others.

As for the elections. They will begin tomorrow evening if all goes well, as that is the date we originally set for them.

People, actually read what Abe Babe has said. Welcomes & Birthdays is not included as a stand alone forum for nomination. Only those people elected to Off-Topic Discussion have control over Welcomes & Birthdays.
