I just read that there are very helpfull maps In MO but I read somwhere else that there arent any and getting lost is very easy what the hell is the truth.
There are maps in the guide book I am using. Pretty good ones, they tell you where all the muds/fuzzles/egg crates/vendos/etc are, as well as point out where the start/exit locations are.
Hmm, you really can't get lost in Munch's Oddysee...its the finding of some of the Mudokens and Spooce...a map can be useful then. But the gameplay is a matter of completing one area to get to another...this is not a bad thing though..

Yeah, you can't get really lost in MO. I guess if you're not too good at these types of games I would get it, so I know where all the Muds and fuzzles are and the best strategy for each stage.
I'd hate to see a map of the levels in Munch's Oddysee. I read somewhere that the levels aren't very large anyway, but if I knew where I was going... I would be annoyed. I love to explore (as I have said many times before)... and it would take some of the fun out of the game for me.

The only problem with in-game maps is the fact that 'how can you see where you haven't been?'
But I'll look at the Prima guide when it comes out here, I'll also take a look at all the other game guides.

There are two types of people in this world, those that don't get lost and those that get lost any time, any place and any how. You are obviously the former and I, unfortunately, am the latter! I can get lost in my own house *lol* and I am always getting lost in MO
