Got my shirt off, used the stethoscope, and the good news is its nothing cardiovascular.

Apparently its possible muscle spasms, potentially due to overcoming a viral infection. I also suspect it could just be beneath-surface bruising, perhaps from my brag strap.

he also said it could be hormonal, which puzzled me. I wasn't aware guys got hormonal pains in that area. Maybe I need to breastfeed....
