I own a fedora, but only because my Dad bought it for me. It pretty much just sits in my shelf, 'cause only pretentious and art students (oh wait, aren't they the same thing?) wear them in public.

I used to wear an old brown fedora/ private eye hat of my dad's and talk to myself in broken 40's gangster dialect. Then my voice deepened and it stopped being funny.

What about sombreros?

I have a top hat. It was the largest size in the shop and it still doesn't fit.

To be fair I think most people these days actually wear trilbies, not fedoras.

I don't wear fedoras, but I like to braid my hair, so I might be on par with hipsters on fashion decisions.

I like hats..I like fedoras When I watch old movies with guys who wear fedoras, I wish more people would do it today... Dunno.. There's just something so oddly... hot about it.

I once saw a super cute steampunk chick with a steampunk tophap that had watches sown onto it. She had dreadlocks... But boy was she cute. he cutest little mouth and very pretty eyes. I wanted to say something to her, but I just ended up stalking her for a bit.. Trying to catch the sight of her for a little bit longer. I didnt say anything of course, cos that would have been creepy. And I'm not expressively creepy.

I have a fedora. Not one of those silly trilby tiny brimmed little straw hats, but a proper big sized one.

I sometimes wear it. I probably look pretentious in it indeed. But I still do like it, and it has its somewhat practical uses.

I do however wish I had a suit to go with it.

But yea.. the straw ones suck. They have to be proper... And gangster-ish(no not 'modern' gangsters. but the 20's kinds with big cigars and trench coats).

I mean really... MJ looked awesome with a fedora I used to have a child-crush on him when I was little.All my girl-friends did. And my sister as well. I remember how we used to watch Moonwalker and kiss the screen when he was on.

Now fashion has just gone down the gutter. Im getting tired of looking at hipster-fasion. They are everywhere with their stupid scarves and tight pants... They look like small boys in grown up bodies. Not realy enough to get Nikki here excited And girls just hide their bodies under layers upon layers of ugly baggy clothes.

It just isn't fantasy-worthy. So people.. Stop worrying about fedoras. There are worse fashion-things to worry about. If you dont like the way people look with a fedora, then something is seriously wrong with your eyes! They are stylish.

I have a real fedora. I only really wear it for fancy dress, but I like to have the option, for if I'm ever feeling in a hat-y kinda mood.
