Well, my wife will be getting twice the care (and washing up) she usually does tonight (trust me, that's hell of a lot), as her fantastic cooking skills finally kicked in, and instead of eating a microwave meal, my tea was a beautifully cooked dish.
It's things like this it's good to have a wife for. My own terrible culinary skills would cause me food poisoning, or would be so sharp or over cooked, they'd cause my throat haemorrhaging.
Of course, then there's more sentimental...
Yes, that's right. Despite seeing it being played through on YouTube and watching a friend play it through while completing half the game myself on his machine, I bought Portal.
I mean it's weird to be a big fan of a game without even owning a copy, right? This'll mean I get to do all the challenges and import other user-created maps. Playing a game is very different from watching a game anyway.
I'm at Virginia Beach right now. It sucks. Way too crowded. I guess thats what we get for visiting during the Fourth of July weekend.
Anyway, there's smoke everywhere outside, and a bunch of firetrucks just pulled up to the hotel three buildings down.
