I'm never tired, maybe for about 5 minutes in the morning. But all my friends say I have dreadful baggy rings under my eyes, and when I check, I do.

Perhaps you have some tiredness condition, need to awaken up more from the sleep or get sleepy when bored. Sounds like hypersomnia to me.
