How do you use signature images?

Sad How do you use signature images?
When I put images as my signature they end up either a box with an x in it or a load of writing.

For starters:
  • Your banner exceeds to 400 by 125 pixels rule
  • Your signature maybe only contain one image
  • The images exceed 35 Kb

Please fix it up in accordance to our rules.
