The notification email for Joshys post got sent to my spam folder because it contained the word porn, lol. Well at least the filters work!

Personally, I don't think drawing traffic from other boards works. Quite simply put, your subject needs to be in demand, otherwise there will be no traffic. And I don't doubt that this GTA "stunting" you talk of isn't one of the top google searches.

Actually you should advertise on a forum that is somehow related to your forum, that well you might get some sign ups.

one more tip... if you want traffic... don't make visitors sign up before they can view the site .
