No way paramites dude smartness comes before strength. A whole pack of paramites can take out a scrab but if theres more than one scrab they can still take them out because a paramite is really tactical and sneaky when it comes to prey. They spin webs and drop out of ceilings and are vicious kind of like school children playful in a stumech churning sort of way.

Scrabs. Definately Scrabs. They run faster. MUCH faster! And you see what they do to other Scrabs. They tear eachother to pieces. Plus, a Paramite is just half the size of a Scrab, and a Scrab can take quite a pounding...

Paramites can work together, Scrabs can't. They would fight each other as well as trying to hit paramites. Paramites are organised hunters, they'd win every time!

Not ALL of the Scrabs are AlphaScrabs (the ones that fight eachother). If you look at one of the official movies at the official site, you will see a large herd of Scrabs. And in one of the levels of MO, there is also a large herd of Scrabs. Now imagine a herd of those Scrabs vs a herd of Paramites...

I'm so torn! I love them both, and the points everyone brought up were very good. In the end, I did vote for paramites.

Paramites talk to one another which would indicate they are smarter that Scrabs and have better social skills and are good at working together.

Scrabs are more teritorial which would indicate weakness in the fact that they would rather be alone and not work as a team. I know all the Scrabs in MO chased Munch around, so maybe Scrabs are capable of teamwork, but as of yet we know that there's no gamespeak for Scrabs. Well, you never know, Scrabs could have gamespeak in zee future.

Well, let me just say that I think Paramites are smarter than Scrabs......but if these two species had to fight, Scrabs would rip Paramites to bloody bits. THE END!

Scrabs look to have tougher skin than Paramites. I just don't see a Paramite rippin' a Scrab to pieces. I pretty much see it the other way around! Don't get me wrong though, I just luv those little Paramites.( except when they try to kill you and all that stuff. )

I gave my vote to scrabs, the reason has been staed by a few already, and thats the shred power. I think it also depends on the enviroment that they would battle in, but that is getting a bit complex

Scrabs would win in my opinion, but I'd rather that the paramites would win. But then, the tables would be turned and the paramites would be like the scrabs are.

Then I'd be voting for the scrabs, simply because they are the underdogs, the ones most people can empathise with.

It's true that a shred attack would take out a group of paramites, however it wouldn't.
No paramite would be dumb enough to take on a scrab at ground level! Paramites would try to insnare or arial attack scrabs, they wouldn't try a ground assault.

Your right, that is an ariel attack.

However, to use it effectivly, you'd need to get a bunch of paramites directly under a handy ledge. And we all know that scrabs arn't that quick a climber, so they'd need to chase paramites into a ready-to-spring trap.
Somehow, I don't think paramites would fall for this...

Let's take a look at the various attributes of both scrabs and paramites.

Scrabs: strong, fast... hmm, anything else? Don't think so!

Paramites: fast, agile, vicious, good jumpers, work together, can spin webs and/or escape lines, and above all: about a thousand times smarter than your average scrab.

Now, one on one it might be pretty close, depending on terrain, but seriously, how often do you come across a single paramite? I think that pretty much takes care of that! Booyah! Wow, I can't believe I just got that excited over an unanswerable question based on a video game. I can feel the nerdiness setting in. I better go watch a couple hour's worth of cheap, plotless action movies to counter the effect. Oy...
