15 minutes ago 9. 30pm uk time, David Blaine has just been suspened in a box by a crane and will stay in there for 44 days and 44 nights, just living on water.
I just want to know what you think of him, and how you think doing this will change him.

Although he's been buried alive for 7 days, in a block of ice for two days, and on a pole for........Damn i've forgot how long for, this is by far the most impossible one he's done.

I want to see him die...no reason...just a corpse in a box would be thooper...like a funeral...but not.

David Blaine is freaky. Have you seen any of his television specials? There was this one part in his tv special where he asked some guy on the street for some thread. Then David chewed the thread up and swallowed it only to lift up his shirt and pull it through and out of his stomach!

He's a weird guy I tell ya!

hes weird plus 44 days is not that long i have heard of people going on hunger strikes for 70 days and they did not get a chance to fatten them self like blaine

David Blaine is great. Some of his street tricks you can imagine ways it was done, such as the thread one, but some are just freaky - pushing his hand through solid glass without breaking it or leaving any hole. I don't want to see him die, though. It would make more interesting television, yes, but he'd be dead. IE not living. No? Fine, I'll just go talk to this tree.

Well, in the Bible it states that the "Devil" will disguise himself as someone who will not rouse suspicion and will inevidently trick everybody into loving him...this...this is the Pope.

Anyway, on a more basic level the Vatican issues papers stating that it was to cover up any child abuse cases that had taken place in the Church...bad Pope...bad, bad Pope.

The official description is something like '44 days and 44 nights'. In other words, 44 days. Mr Blaine is obviously too poetic to realise that a 24 hour period inevitably includes night time.

From what I've read, he has two tubes to his box, one for getting water from, the other for passing water into.
