Competition!

I happen to be a sucker for reality shows, and elimination games! So I'm starting a sort of Oddworld Survivor thread.
Someone will nominate an Oddworld "know it all" to ask players tough questions and he/she can determine score and blah blah. The person with the highest scrore gets immunity and can't get voted out. Nobody will get kicked out of the thread, they just won't be in the competition anymore and will become members of the jurry who decides who is the ultimate Oddworld fan! After each game there will be a tribal council and someone will be voted out.
We could probably seperate into two teams; native and industrial then merge later in the game. There won't be any prizes, but the winner will get sweet bragging rights! Before we get started we gotta organize the game. Hopefully Xavier will be da host!

Explanation:
Whoever is da host will come up with challenges. Challenges could be whatever da host comes up with, questions seems like a good idea. If da host would like to do something more creative, then he/she is welcome to do so.
Tribal Council takes place after the challenge when the scores are determined.
Whoever scores highest on challenges gets immunity, then the losing team has to eliminate a person on their team. When voting for someone to be elliminated, each team member sends a private message to da host, and the host reveals who is voted out.
An eliminated player isn't kicked out of the thread.(where would I get da power to do that?)An eliminated player becomes a member of the jury, who decides who is the winner in the end.

The game doesn't start until everything is set up, and there are equal members on each team.
A merger will take place later in the game when da host decides to do so.

Im open all night. In central time that is. And weekends I'm always open unless I'm goin somewhere. Usually Im at a friends so I can use their comp.

The game will start once there are enough people on each team.
The competitions are determined by the host.
The competitions are over once everyone has played.
The winning team is the one with the highest combined score.
The points are counted by the host and he reveals which team wins, and the losing team has to vote out a member.
The voted out members become the jury who decides the final winner in the end.

If anyone has any other questions they can ask on this thread, since the game hasn't started yet.

I think 7 people on each team is good, unless more people come before we start da game.
