yes is munch a meech munchie? it may be true think about it they both have munch in there names plus they both came extinced i think he is one but i may be wrong.

Munch is a Gabbit, whereas Meech Munchies are made from Meeches.

Think about it. Munch appeared in MUNCH's Oddysee.

MEECH Munchies were a product long before we knew about Munch. Like, when these guys were still burping up theorys about Abe's Exoddus.

I doubt the two are related in any way.
