Help for a friend

One of my fellow users (Cobra_69) cannot do anything on OWF other than log in and view threds. He can't post replies, send e-mails, pm, or do anything else on the site.
I think this is because he put down an incorrect e-mail address while filling out his aplication, he has fixed his e-mail since then.

Can you help him?

Okay, I've just validated him/her. He/she should now be able to do the normal member things
