Wired universal soldier: black operations

i got it!!!!!! okay peeps this is my own desighn for an xbox game, i have thought it through quite care fully and now i want to see what u guys have to say!

okay, so the game is based on the universal soldier saga (look at my avatar, yes that is unisol GR 44). It follows a mix of splinter cell and conflict: desert storm. So here are the parts i have thought up:

right trigger: fire weapon
left trigger: activate secondary function for weapon
white button: night vision
black button: thermal vision
y: squad commands
b: melee
x: action button/realode
a: jump
left on c-pad: take out primary weapon
right on c-pad: take out secondary weapon
up on c-pad: take out grenade
down on c-pad: crouch (hold to lie down)
click left: 1st person view
click right: zoom first person view (only on sniper rifles and scoped weapons)

the 2 joy sticks work alot like spinter cell , one moves the camera, and one moves the character. By walking up ta a wall, the character instantly puts his back to the wall as long as you hold it (just like in metal gear solid). the cross hairs move with the camera, so when u lock on to an enemie behind u, the character turns to face it. u must pull the trigger to get the character to turn around or fire.

At hte start of each mission u will chose a vest, the bigger the vest, the more ammo u can hold, but this slows u down. U hold less ammo with a light vest, but will run faster. When u have your vest u will get to pick a primary weapon (assault rifles, sniper rifles, SMG's, machiene guns,) and the secondary weapon (pistols and machiene pistols) and finally grenades (HE, smoke, flashbang). U are then returned to your vest and u must place ammo, grenades and weapons where u want them. All primary weapons have a sling, so u dont place those. u can also buy medic spreys and put them in too.

in the movies, the unisols had to keep cool, or they would start to rot (they are reincarnated dead soldiers). The same happens in the game, the bigger the gun, the bigger the fire flash, the quicker u heat up. if u get to hot u start to lose health and must use a coolent sprey.

u have your vest health, and then your health, the vest health metre is at 100%, but goes down. When it reaches 0% u get to your health bar, this consists of an empty bar, that fills up depending on how many times u r shot, when 5 blocks r in it, ya dead! not all vests (especially the small ones) start at 100%.

the head set that they wear has a camera and has many modes of vision, the modes i have chosen r thermal, and night. When activated the screen looks alot like on spinter cell.

u have 4 squad members with u on all the missions, but they will protect them selfs very well, so dont go out of your way to protect one. bY pressin "Y" u bring up a commands list, and u tell each soldier what to do (attach, defend, cover, escort) and where to go to (take cover, checkpoints, even an upturned table.) when telling members where to go, a map of the level u have seen comes up, and u then send troopers to the places, they can scout a head, and when scouting a small 1st person view of that member will come up in the right hand corner, so u can see what he is scouting to.

all weapons have a secondary function, it is mostly laser sights and silencers, but some are to fire grendades. When reloding a weapon, the character takes his time, and relodes it properly (taking out spent clip, taking out new clip from vest, reloding weapon)

I imagine the game looking even better than splinter cell, to the shadows cast be people, to the ejected cases and clips from guns staying where they are one the floor for the rest of the level. Even the clips u use up in your vest dissapear!

so thats it for now, i got a ton more to add, but untill then, any questions, ideas or improvments?

Yes it is, but I guess nobody is really a big fan of the films on these forums (except you of course).
