I can wait to have a family, if at all. I don't really know if I want a family.

One thing I dislike about a family is that the mother is always the most loved. Which I can understand, as we all do come from our mothers, and so we all share a deeper connection with them. But, the father will always be second best. I guess that's why fathers tend to have to make it up in other ways, which I ain't wanting to do.

And, thats ages away anyway. The only thing I have preset in my mind is too get the job I want. And what ever unfolds after that is up to the future.

Before you even consider having Babies check out a resteraunt. God save us when the Babies arrive. They lob food at Dad and Scream at Mom. It is very off-putting indeed.

The reason I don't want kids is because its a life time commitment. It might be cool to have a baby to raise, but then they grow up to be teenagers. I don't know why, but even getting married is depressing to me. I don't think I could limit my life to family. I want to do what I want when I want without having to ask my wife or confronting my children. When you get married and have children you lose a great deal of freedom. I think I'll stick with dating, thank you very much.

I agree totally with Mojo. Raising a baby seems hellish to me. Plus the entire Santa, tooth fairy, Easter Bunny thing must be hard for Parents to deal with.
It may just be me though.
I also hate the idea of Marriage. I'm not a huge fan of big commitments. I'd prefer to go to someone elses wedding than my own...

In that case we can only hope that on your first try you have octoplets. All Males.
They all have ginger hair. Three of them are severely disabled. The rest are addicted to the internet and have no friends. Strangely they all have a desire for Didora tracksuits and Biker mice from mars merchandise.
They listen to techno and dance music or rock music which is cool. (but bad for you as it leads to their unpopularity due to Townie and Trendie retards) or indeed Garage or Hiphop.
This would lead to breakdancing which would undoubtedly ruin the Gucci clothes you bought to replace their Diadora.
If that happened you would either shoot yourself and them, or learn from your mistakes and join us!

I'd LOVE to have lots and lots of children! At least 3. Kids are wonderful. But my view on that could change in the years, I doubt I'd get any now. And then it's the mans decision too.

First it's pregnacy time. No periods, the feeling of the baby kicking... then comes the pain and the screaming and the blood and the "Breath! Breath! Push, push! I can see it's head!" and the father throwing up... But all good things have some bad thing coming.
Then it's the baby part. Feeding it, changing diapers, hearing it trying to talk to you, play with it and stuff. It wants you to play with it and care about it, yeah, but I'm sure those things can be easily taken care of. I'm sure that I'll just find my kids (if I'll get any, I don't know) more interesting when they become teenagers(but I think they won't find me any interesting by then).

So, there all members in the anti-children club. I know kids are problems too, but what isn't nowadays. I'm done now and ready to recieve all the silly comments.

I'm not afraid of life. I love living it, unfortunately I'm a very adventerous person but I have no one to be adventerous with. My friends *cough* happyguy936 and oddpod are some on the forums */cough* aren't really all that outgoing, and they know it!

And me, I'm not much of someone to take the initiative to do things outgoing by myself. I always enjoy company. Some one, save me!

But, back on track. I like children, they can be annoying. But my reason was the reason I posted earlier.

Undoubtedly if I ended up having a kid through pure accident and we didn't have the baby terminated (Abortion is Homicide even if the Kids are little brats) I would grow to love him or her or whatever it is.
I am just saying that I would never have kids on purpose at this point in time.

Obviously there are exceptions but I don't know many kids. The kids I do know are quite vile. My cousins in particular, thank God I came to my senses and refused to visit my Aunt anymore.

You need to think about things for a minute or two.

I've thought this over for several years. Before, a couple of years ago I wanted children. Now by studying myself and my cousins and other kids I can't believe what I was thinking.

I think being afraid of life is very geeky.

In my opinion kids stop you from living freely for about fourteen years.

I'm new to the board, and i know this may land me on the wrong side of a few of you, or maybe a lot of you, but i'm going to quote Bill Hicks in saying:

I have a huge hatred for ignorance and stupidity...since where i live, both of those are in abundance. I hate seeing stupid/ignorant people having children, and raising them to be just how they are, not allowing them any freedom, morally or whatever. This addition of retards makes the world a more miserable place for people like me, and probably the reason your "geeks" never go out...I don't get out an awful lot myself, come to think of it, heh.

Of course, if you feel you could be a good parent, and raise an open minded, intelligent child, and not some closed minded media-slave or agressive brattish arse, then go ahead!
