i was watching the news today, and i was quite shocked at wha i saw, the israeli military bombed an apartment building while everyone was asleep and killed fourteen people.
they were going after a militant leader, personaly i think they went way overboard and crossed the line, if your gonna take someone out, then assasnate them, dont kill a whole bunch of innocnets, not only that but this will only increase the number of suicide bombings. but what really makes me mad is that ariel sharon calls the attack a succes.
im sry if i may have offended anyone who supports israel, im not saying they are th only ones at fault, i just think that they wne tway overboard.

Well the land does rightfully belong to the Palestinian people it was stolen from them, and yet Palestinians get killed trying to gain independence and what makes this even worse is that the U.S is supporting Israel. When Jenen was flattened by the Israel force Colin Powell said, "There are no sign of any massacre here", all you had to do was just take a look at the rubble and any fool could tell that innocent lives have bee lost I feel so sorry for the Palestinian people

A very rare circumstance, I might add. If death has to happen, at the very least it should be morally acceptable by both sides, not just one.

Israel deserves land. All of this anti Israeli talk makes me sick. When Israel offered to give the Palestinians statehood that wasn't good enough. The people persecuting israel won't stop until Israel is gone. Lets do a history lesson. The land in Palestine and Israel was given by a British mandate in which the Palestinians were given 9 times more land than Israel. The bombing was stupid as anything Israel has done, but the guy was the leader of Hamas for crying out loud. You know, the guys who blow people up with human bombs? Who desecrate churches! Who are in kahoots with anyone who would damage America! These evil people want to destroy Israel and America! The guy had it coming! I know the death of 144 civilians is tragic, and it was an unjustifiable thing to do with civilians around.
But lets get freaking lucid people. You don't let the people who truck bomb you get off. If the crazy stuff the terrorists do in the middle east happened here we would be going after the cells and understandably so. So get off of Israels back.

Statikk, your knowledge of history is appalling. The fact is, the Palestinians lived in Palestine for thousands of years, then the UN decided, totally on a whim, to give the land to the Israelites instead. The Palestinians are only fighting to survive, whereas the Israelites are fighting to destroy the Palestinians.

The fact is, Arafat has always shown a great committment to the peace process, and has never been proven to have had anything to do with massacre of civillians. Sharon, on the other hand, has no interest in peace whatsoever. All he is interested in is pursuing Arafat.

The worst thing is that the US supports Israel. This is further evidence that Bush's "War of Terror" is totally hypocritical. If Bush really wants to wipe out terrorism, then he should withdraw his support for Sharon's government, which has been massacring Palestinian civillians since it came into power.

I'm sorry if I sound anti-Semitic (it is not intended), but Ethnic Cleansing is just as unforgiveable when committed by the Jews as it is when committed against them.
