Scrubs won't work

Loading dock - I have killed all of the crazy chopper guys, saved the fuzzles, brought the scrubs into the water control room and they will not pull the levers to release the water in order for the water to fill up to save the eggs. I get them in the area of the levers and they tell Abe that there is nothing to do. What did I miss? I have started the level over 3 times with the same result.
HELP!

Get Munch and Abe to do it. You'll have to switch quickly between characters, but it can be done.

I don't think anyone here has been able to get the scrubs to do the levers here. My guess is it's another bug involving getting a group of scrubs to work or they were never meant to pull these levers.

The two Scrubs won't work because they are programmed not to. This is the last piece of action out heroes have to do (unless you've got good Quarma), so OWI obviously decided they'd have both heroes working in co-operation.
