Obsessed

I remember when I Abe's Oddysee first came out, I loved it so much, me and my sister used to do impressions to each other and we had to guess which creature it was. We also had to design make-believe Oddworld levels and work out ways to get past the mines or across the gap, etc. How utterly sad now I think about it...

Me and my brother do something similar but we have a voice contest wich we try to sound like Oddworld charecters its really funny. Its just one of the many things i do to get my brother into Oddworld and he likes it.

Thats cool Kaimana, Im always trying to get my friends into Oddworld but to no avail. Mabye if I keep pestering them about it I'll drive them to the point of crying and they'll agree with me to like it if I shut up.

but i yeah i guess Oddworld at this point aint moving because OWI just realeast MO and right now theres not much to talk about,and thats why i make the topics that i do,to keep us members busy,with something to do.

i think that i am obssesed with Oddworld i guess it depends on how you cope withyour obssesion. I love Oddworld if you havent noticed. i like everything about it and i am interested in it life styles and in the natural part of Oddworld and the industrial side. Thats my obssesion.

oh dont worry Xavier i have a real real life here in Hawaii. Oddworld is just something i really like no harm in that. But i also have a life out of this. and its a fun one.

Yeah well i can say in never had a dream about oddworld so im not that obssesed. And what else could be worse? i understand that some members might maybe like it just a little to much.

But thats there problem we are just fans not zombies.

I really don't see the point in us worrying about each others social lifes. If (insert whoever it was here, I forgot) likes the oddworld games more than his girlfriend, that's his problem. If people want to devote their entire life to oddworld, more power to them. I think that any type of obsession is dumb, but that is just my opinion. I think that everyone needs to find a balace of physical, mental and social interests.

Oh yeah, if you stretch your mouth with fingers pulling on both sides you sound like Munch if you talk in the right voice. I figured that is how Lorne does the voice since Munch has a wide mouth like that and I was right.

I love Oddworld!

I even memorized all the movies off by heart.

I can do a really good Munch impression but I don't need to hold my mouth wide.

Scrabinator another Oddworld impressionist. I did a whole lot of impressions for Tybs,for his new web site. i did Glucks sligs muds Vykkers. i to have also memorized some of the movies by heart. i think i do good impressions on the ones i mentioned above and Munch.

I had a dream about Oddworld once. Now don't look at me like that! Im not that obsessed with Oddworld. I had this dream when I was waiting for Munch's Oddysee to come out, my dream was that I was in some kinda thempark that was in the middle of a swamp and they where unveling all the latest Oddworld creatures to be seen in MO, but sadly right before they unveiled them I woke up.

Heh... either that or have laringitus (sp?)... my mum can do a perfect Munch voice when her talking is not the best.

I agree... there is nothing wrong with being a fanatical Oddworld (or anything fan)... each to their own, and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. It's just like everything else. I tend to agree with the Khanzumer ... you need to have a balance. I'm an Oddworld fanatic... but it doesn't rule my life either.

Yes nor mine. The best thing about being a fan is that you get to meet other fans and have a relationship of the same liking,if not being a fan would be boring if you couldnt express your feelings with others. One of the greatest highlights of being a OW fan for me is here,right here where i can talk to my friends and discuss something i really like. as the Khanzumer said a balance should be present though, that way you live your life with many occassions and yet you have things you are interested in and things you just love to talk about. Oddworld presents a great deal of fun with a deep story to it that is omly now attempting to be understood.

I love doing my Munch impression. I always quote what he says at the beginning of MO first cutscene:
