Strange Slig Ranks?!?

I saw this pic in the Picture Request no II. Where did it come from: it isn't in the manual for MO.

If I remember right, that's what the slig ranks were going to be before they had to cut/change things do to the switch to the X-Box.

yes it was supped to be like that but OWI decided to simplify them and now we have the actualy ones, I prefer the old ones of the picture

I noticed some "little" armored sligs got Blitz Packers...
they are much better than bigbros cause they are quicker

no, they look very natural, they just hold the gun with both hands...
so the only plus for bigbros is that they are more resistant, but slower

One thing I look forward to in future Oddworld games is more diversity. It would be great if they brought back those old designs and also kept the new ones as far as slig weaponry and mudokon natives go. I also want them to bring back the emotions and expand the gamespeak. Munch's Oddysee was OWI first crack at making a 3D game (that I know of) and considering they only had a year to do it after they switched to XBox, I would have to say they did a good job. Now that OWI has figured out the whole 3D engine thing, they can consentrate on other parts of the game.

The big whammy and magnum are WAY better than those lame Blitzpackers.

I think Sligs shouldn't come in a order like that but rather have a vast number of different forms that are relient on things like pants, masks, rank (kills) and wepons. Some are beter at some things then others and may be beter overall. That way everyones happy.
