I am an avid pokemon fan and want to see if anyone else is. My favorite is umbreon.

What, are you friggin kidding me!?!? Umbreon over any number of cool haymakers like Scyther, Sneasel, Hitmonchan. How about kicking it old school with the raindancah himself BLASTOISE!! Rain Dance was so ludicrously broke back in the days... But yuou are an avid fan so you prbably knew that. Steelix, Rocket's Zapdos, Feraligatr, Crobat, Movie Promo Mewtwo, come on Umbrean, dude you can do better than that. At least you play ccgs I assume, or maybe your are just a vidiot. Either way, build yourself a halfway decent deck and shun umbreon like the wastrel that he is.

Though I sometimes play the games at home. I though i dont have a gameboy. (figure that one out

and no I dont borrow em... ive got em)

I mean. Its kindof fun just to walk around a punnishing stupid brats in the grass. But other whise, i really dont like pokêmon.

It's easy to hate Pokemon because of all the merchandise and the godawful films and cartoons. The card game is pretty mundane as well. But the games are actualy incredibly good. They're far more sophisticated than any other GBC games, and the forthcoming Pokemon Advance on the GBA will probably do the same. There is scope for strategy in them, and it is not repetitive because of the variety of tasks and missions.

I like water Pokemon myself. My favourites are Feraligatr and Blastoise. I like Lugia and Sudowoodo as well though.

I cannot stand the cartoon, and I don't like the merchandise, but I do like playing the game if I'm bored.

I like Sneasel, 'cause it's black and pink. D'oh.

But generally, I much prefer the Digimon cartoon, because it has something Pokémon doesn't. You know. It's called "plotline". *cough*

I've got just one thing to say.

If anyone ever starts talking about Pokémon again, I'll post a pic of me, naked, pissed and eating a bunch of Pokémon cards. Then I'm gonna make all TV channels in the world show that pic 24 hours a day. And when the creators of Pokémon sees that, they're gonna go sad and cancel everything that has got anything to do with Pokémon. And when they do that, the aliens will invade since they don't have to be afraid of being brainwashed by Pokémon. So us humans has got to run to Mars where the Marsians plays cards. But we don't know the rules so we will be kicked away. Then we go to that planet closest to sun, but all the dirt under our nails will take fire and the planet will explode so we have to go to Pluto, but there's too cold. Then the Marsians will come and chase us to the dark universe, unless we're already there since then we're gonna have to go to the light. And there we're gonna be underpaid illegal slaves under Darth Vader. But when we say "Ave, the lord with the ford!" his concentration will break so he trips on a banana and drops the mask. And when Leia sees his face she'll see that it is her father and she'll demand her pocketmoney that she didn't get 20 years ago. Then Vader will punch her so Vader get's arrested for violence, and the Deathstar will be taken over by some Wookies that didn't have anything better to do. But they'll blow it up. And in there was Leias icecream machine, so she'll be even more angry and strangle Chewbacca, that strangles her back. And then Luke's gonna be sad since he was in love with Leia, but then Leia's drivinglicense will fall out of her pocket and Luke will see that it was his sister so it didn't matter that much that she's dead. But then Luke will slip on the banana and accidentaly turn off the video so everyone in there must die, including us. Then we're gonna go to hell and be forced to play in a low-bugdet soap with devils and lawyers. But God will come down and ask us if we want to get some coke and cookies with him. But we don't want to since the teeth goes all dirty and no one in hell has heard of a toothbrush. So God gets angry and kills us. So humanity will die.

But this don't have to happen if NO ONE EVER posts ANYTHING about Pokémon again!!!!!

I love the cartoon. It is so stupid, I know... but I still watch it every saturday morning. Like the Bear in the Big Blue House and all the other silly children's programs. I'm such a big child.

Anyway... I love the cartoon and the games, but all the side-effects... I would've never guessed it'd go this far, when I first noticed the cartoon accidentally one morning a few years a go (two at least...I can't remember how long we've had them here...), but no one knew anything about it... Just like one time, when I saw this video on MTV and thought it was absolutely hilarious! But no one had ever heard of it. But in a few months everyone HATED the song. You remember...? : "Hiya Barbie!" "Hi, Ken!" "Wanna go for a ride?" "SURE, KEN!" ...

One thing really bugs me with you people... I know most of you probably hate pukemon for real, and I know you've got a reason for it, but these: "Oh, yeah! I liked pokemon earlier, but now it totally suckz!!!" "Yeah! I hate pokemon too! I wish they'd burn in hell, yo! You get what I mean? [at least five oddicons in here]" And when did this happen, that you stopped liking Pokémon? Ah...let me guess! When you joined the Oddworld Forums and found out it's cool to hate them?
