Quintoligy Idea, please read... I must get this off my chest!

In one of the following oddworld games I think it would be neat if one of the main location of the game was under ground. Maybe there could be a control room that supplies the factories of oddworld with power. There could be huge engines with a ton of muds powering them. We could probably encounter a bunch of brand new under ground creatures, aswell as new industrialist ones. A giant machine with creature like characteristics could be the one that burrows the huge caverns. Abe and Munch could descover these large caverns while exploring the outskirts of oddworld after a vision by the Almighty Raisin. While in the outskirts the large burrowing machine could smash through the ground under Abe and Munch's feet separating the two for a short while until teaming up again. They could meet the next hero who would know his way around the caverns well. He would know how to destroy the Control Room and perhaps the burrowing machine creature...

I could go on and on, but this is just one of my many oddworld ideas... THANK YOU FOR READING!

Please comment if possible.

Yes, that certainly is a good location idea. An underground environment could bring many aspects of the gme together, such as new creatures, characters, technology, new insights of the Glukkon Civilisation, and of course be implemented with all the traditional gameplay packages.

I imagine the place would be an excellent place to shove all those Kinto Slaves that never appear anywhere.

That is a really cool idea and it is most possible because of the fact we already visited Necrum Mines. I think Necrum mines was Under ground I am not sure. Anyway I can see all of the inhabitants to have glowing eyes like the Raison and the Glukkens and the Rats. Maybe there will be this lost colony of Mudokins living under ground but they don't look like normal Mud's. They have glowing eyes too and they look deformed. Kind of like the mole people. These Muds never saw the land above and they are evil too. I can see the whole Mudokin colony chasing Munch and Abe through caverns and then all of a sudden that machine creature appears and all the freaky Muds start fighting that. So now we don't only have the industrialist to worry about but the underground naturalists as well. Under ground deformed Mudokins. sweet!

I am fairly sure that Necrum Mines are underground...

There were a lot of good ideas to do with the underground in the "Rex's Oddysee" topic...
