It's always good to hear a little bit of info from OWI folks. Unfortunately, the interview was too short!!

I found this particualr question very interesting:

GameSpot Australia: Do you think the Oddworld Universe could be crafted into an RTS (Real Time Strategy) game?

Lorne Lanning: We've looked at doing this a few times. There's no doubt about the OW universe being perfectly suited to RTS. The idea excites us, but we're also looking at how RTS and Action Adventure can merge into a more singular genre.

I hope he is talking about Hand of Odd or any simmilar idea to become reality in a very near future.

Yes that would be interesting. I was alweys fascinated in Hand of Odd. I hope it comes out sometime in the near future. That would be great.

I also like the fact that the next three titles in the quintology are going to be for X-Box. That means those of us who have X-Box can relax and not worry about getting another system for a while.

one raison more to buy the Xbox...
And I will buy it

but does lorne meen on Xbox or on the Xbox séries (like Xbox 2)
