Reservoir Row

I'm stuck on reservior row, I opened did 3 of the lulu fund deposits to start letting the water fill up, but I don't know where to go after that, there is a closed travel well and I dont see anywhere to open it with either Munch or Abe. Hope someone can help

Hmm, I know what level you're talking about, but I forgot how to do it. Check back in previous posts and some people put links to FAQ's for the game, maybe you can find the answer there
