What other kind of games should they make within the Oddworld universe?

Adventures or
Racing games or
Shooters or
Arcades or
Virtual pet games or
Realtime strategy or
Turnbased strategy or
Flightsims or
Educational games or
Sports games or
Simulations or
Should they stay to platformers?

BTW: "They" are Oddworld Inhabitants.

i think that after the quintology they could do most of them...
but the the main quintology games (the Oddysees and the Exodduses) should be the same genera as they are...
but they could do extra mini games like Square did with Chocobo Racing

eg:
Adventures - they already do them
Racing games - elum racing?
Shooters - slig-em-ups?
Arcades - PacAbe (replace the lil' circles with humshrubs)
Virtual pet games - gabiar simulator
Realtime strategy - controlling an army
Turnbased strategy - like worms?
Flightsims - meetle racing
Educational games - gabbit counting - that's easy...ONE!
Sports games - fuzzball
Simulations - simOddcity

You mean Oddworld Adventures 1 & 2 on Gameboy? I mean the type adventure, you know, talking to people, carrying objects, solving puzzles, no fighting.... you know, that almost dead genre.

The only thing I know is there will be a Multiplayer game with Squeek...

Flying Simulation mayby, but it isn't so ODD

I think some mini-games with these themes would be fun...Virtual pet games definetly!!

i find the idea of mini-games repulsive, somehow. i think they would cheapen Oddworld, in the same way the bad jokes cheapened it in AE...

however, i think that Real-Time or Turn-Based Strategy games are a real possibility, and i don't think they would cheapen it in the same way that PacAbe would... after all, isn't Hand of Odd meant to be kinda like an RTS game?
