Idea What Could They Do Better in Soulstorm?

Basically what I was thinking, as Soulstorm won't just be a remaster but rather a re-telling, I could see opportunities to improve aspects from the original Exoddus story.

As I personally loved the FeeCoDepot a lot and it had quite short playtime compared to Barracks or Bonewerkz, I hope we will see some more of it in Soulstorm. More areas of it to explore. Things like arriving trains in the background or similar would be amazing detail as well. Also maybe some cross-game easter eggs similar to the barrels in Stranger would be cool.

Anything you would have in mind to do better and improve? If it's gameplay, levels or characters...

I agree! It's been said before, but less "hub" rooms akin to the Paramonia and Scrabania temple rooms; the freedom of order choice doesn't add that much in my opinion, and it wouldn't be hard to make it feel like you're actually progressing through the areas if laid out in a chronological order.

It would also be awesome to see some Elum sections, possibly in Necrum. At the beginning of the ARG, when "Ed" talked about not hearing us, some of us thought there might be deaf/partially deaf mudokons from the mining equipment - that may be a cool addition. Having to go up close to a mudokon to talk to him would be an interesting element they could work into puzzles.

Other than that, it would be nice to see the puzzles in general focused less on 1:1 faithfulness to Exoddus, but are more focused on the grid-less movement system
