How do I use a banner?

I have made a banner, but how do I use it? I know you must use a UBB code, but I mean, do I have to place the banner on my own site, or is there a place on this site for?

Hi Cool Paramite... always good to see people making their own banners (providing they meet the size restrictions of course).

You need to have some webspace to put the banner onto... so if you can put it on the web, you can use it here. Just put the address of the banner in your sig using UBB code and you should be right.
