One of the good/bad things about digitally distributed games is that they don't need to have firm deadlines so far in advance. JAW probably don't know the exact day they're going to ship yet.

I wouldn't deny it at all. This has been peeving me off too. I get that they are not sure, but they are close enough to their vague due date that I think they would at least have narrowed down to a month. I plan on buying on release day. I really would like to know when release day is though.
