This man speaks the truth. Raw meat which is actually warm from cooking gives me a weird feeling of it not being cooked properly because it is in fact still raw. In my world that's just not right, despite it being perfectly edible.
Medium rare is a perfect in between. You still have the taste sensation of the rawness without the actual rawness, and you don't have the shit cooked out of your steak as if it's well done.
Goddamnit now I want steak!
