Stranger's Wrath thingys

Ok, so I just recently popped in Stranger's Wrath for a nice replay (life sucks)
and as I'm going through it for like the quintillionth time, I seem to notice places and crevices and areas that I didn't notice before.
(I'll site specific places when I get the chance)

I was just wondering if these places are there because there's stuff I can grab there.....or like is it just there for me to fool around on?
(I know about the grubb idol fyi)

Is there like a list of these easter eggs or something I can look at?

Most of them are little crevaces and stuff left by the level developers to add realisim. :P However I'm sure there's 2 or 3 that contain stuff, and I definately know that there are a couple of caves in the Mongo River that contain a few goodies.

You could try checking Game FAQs and read one or two of the FAQs there. Dunno if it'll help you or not, though.
