The name Nod bugs me since I first heard it. Nod is a C&C name, and a C&C name only. It should not be associated with OW because that will just confuse me each time I play either game!!

For a short while, I was convinced Nod was going to be a sailor at sea, based purely on the fact that N.O.D. stands for Naval Ordnance Department.

I always imagined Nod as being a big, strong and dumb creature. Timid and easily frightened so if Nod was the last of the four heroes he would finally give Abe's team some manpower.

If there was a heroine I'd count on it being Squeek.

Most of Oddworld's species don't seem to be either gender/transgender, so there wouldn't really be heroines. But we couldn't be certain yet.

Manpower? What about Stranger? I can't remember what wa supposed to happen there...

Yes, but Stranger is not, so far as we know, intended to meet Abe and his crew.

I don't think there will be anymore games but now the whole Oddworld Quintology will just move to the big screen it seems at least. As of who will appear its up in the air at this time. Those characters and names were rumers and not officially stated right? So why do we think there will be a Nod's or Squeek's Oddessy?

I dunno whats going on with Oddworld these days. To be honest Im finding it strange since OWI left about 2 years ago

Indeed, the first mention of Squeek is in the interview of Lorne and Sherry in the Abe’s Oddysee Prima guide, which came out two days before the game itself.

Citizen seige is nothing to do with abe and stuff, so if they change so rapidly from that to something else they are never going to release any abe films *sobs*

Abe's Oddysee is in pre-production. It will be completed on the revenue of Citizen Siege.
