Last time someone stole something off me on Ebay I reported it and got a blood soaked E-mail saying that the item was on its way home. I never did get the guts off my merchandise.

I would say go sue him and chase him up, but when doing things over the internet, it makes everything so much harder.
But try anyways, I mean he shouldn't get away with this, but obviously he just did, and he's obviously living with being a bastard and people are obviously liking him more for it, and it's gone to the extent that he's boasting about being a bastard, so yeah, at the end of the day, how much money you lost is the main issue, if it was alot, then sue him, and everything he owns, seriously just try, if not, just don't bother.
Oh and sadly enough did ONAST actually break any forum rules from ripping off a user behind the scenes?
If it was done by ebay but, you can just get the police involved and get the money back, you have proof of purchase, but you never got anything.
Oh and ONAST, why are you boasting about this?

theres an ebay 'safebuyer for' things over $200 I believe (though I don't fully understand your sentence with it's lack of typical english stucture). And I don't think OANST has ever been bothered by being reffered to as ONAST, and your attempts to annoy him (even in the slightest passive aggressive way) seem pretty childish, at least in my eyes. 1 or 2 times, nice attempt!
