I disagree. Even people who smoke acknowledge that it's bad for them. It's doesn't provide enough of a rush to make tobacco a common illegal drug, like marijuana. In fact, that's what I suspect will happen; tobacco smoking will drop to nil but pot-smoking will sky-rocket.

Although tobacco lacks a crystal meth-esque rush, many addicts, when given the choice between giving up a substance or working a little harder to get their hands on it, will usually go the extra mile.
I wasn't saying that secret tobacco clubs would form in small businesses after hours. What I
was saying is that for some, the allure of taking part in an illegal activity is too great to resist.
