Oddworld Theme Magog: An (Unofficial) Game of Corporate Insanity Matched Only By Enron

Enjoy. Inspired by Dripik. I spent most of the day doing this thing.
I cannot upload, and must directly post. Some of my data is in tables, and so it might look a little disjointed.
WALL OF TEXT ALERT!;

Theme Magog: Rise of the Triumvirate
By Patrick
Note: The region is much the like the region of SimCity 4, and “sectors” like cities.
Bosses (Player Avatars):
The bosses are all in competition, and the player chooses the role of one.
1. General Dripik
• This Boss has the strongest emphasis on defence, reducing the costs of all Defensive structures by 25% and the costs of buying and the upkeep for Defensive units. Dripik’s background also ensures a higher rate of morale among his employees, thus ensuring that employees work longer and harder for lower upkeep.
2. Director Phleg
• This Boss has the strongest emphasis on industry, increasing the overall output of Production structures by 10% and reducing the need for structural upkeep by 30%. Phleg’s background in mining also enables him access to a greater store of geographical knowledge, and so he is able to detect within a wide radius any Wild lairs or creatures.
3. Vice President Aslik
• This Boss has the strongest emphasis on finance, increasing the overall Moolah output of his company by 5%, reducing costs of bought goods by 10%, and enabling Feeco networks to be constructed at half price. Aslik’s strong connections with his Feeco network also enable him to recruit Vykker units from any Mixed class settlements.
Classes of Settlements;
By Size;
1. Village; A small Settlement containing 1-1000 Inhabitants. Typically Native
2. Town, a moderately sized Settlement containing 1000-100,000 inhabitants. Can be either Native or Industrial.
3. City; A large Settlement containing Inhabitant numbers in the 100,000 to 250,000 (generally the limit in Southern Mudos) range. Typically Industrial
By Primary Residence;
1. Industrial; A good marketing capability, and the ability to draw Guards, Puds, Vykkers, and Interns. Most common type of city.
2. Native; No marketing capability, but the ability to draw Scrubs, Psychics, Idealists, and Spirits. Average in rarity.
3. Port City; Moderate marketing capability, and the rarest city in the game, typically no more than 1 or 2 even on the largest maps. The only way to acquire Special Labour (Chronicler’s, Gloktigi, Wolvarks, Oktigi) and the favour of External Forces (Molluck, Maggie, the Oddworld Mafia, the Khanzumerz)

External Forces;
There are 4 External Forces capable of granting favours when relations with them are at certain levels. These favours can only be summoned every 3 years. If relations with them are at zero, one of four things will happen;
Molluck: The loss of the game via firing
Maggie: An even worse fate of a cinematic of all of one’s holdings being blasted to pieces by the Magog Army. Then firing… out of a cannon, into the sun.
Oddworld Mafia: The Oddworld Mafia will send an army of Oktigi thugs to try and kill your boss. If you win, favour will go back up to 10, and you will get $100,000 in payment from the Oddfather in respect of your abilities.
Khanzumerz: The siphoning of half your assets in order to re-establish diplomatic relations, which will bring relations up to 30 again.
Molluck;
50-65: Subsidy. A gift of $25,000, no strings attached, but with the restriction of only being able to be summoned when coffers are $250,000 or less.
65-75: Meech Munchies Sample. A gift that can be used to instantly restore your boss to full health.
75-80: Speech Class. A benefit that causes your boss to give a speech that rouses all Meat workers across the region by 5%.
80-90: Big Cheese. Grants a Big Cheese to your boss for the cost of $1500
90-100: Visit. Molluck himself comes and visits whatever sector your Boss is in, doubling production in all areas for a month and repairing all buildings.
Maggie:
50-65: Crooked Judge. Grants you the ability to dodge a lawsuit without sacrificing a Chronicler.
65-75: Emergency Grant. An ability granting the ability to compensate 70% of damage for the next non Lawsuit negative event that may affect your company in the region.
75-80: Pud Dump. A group of second rate’s and losers are dropped by plane onto a chosen sector, meaning a drop of 5 Puds and a Chump free of hiring charge.
80-90: Royal Troops. Maggie sends 5 fully upgraded Big Bro’s for the cost of merely $10,000.
90-100: Oddmas Message. Maggie sends a higher quality DVD of
Oddworld Mafia:
50-65: Favour. The Oddworld Mafia raised your favour with another group by 10.
65-75: Sabotage: The Oddworld Mafia bombs a chosen rival building.
75-80: Frame. Causes enemy Bosses’ relations with a random External Force to drop by 30.
80-90: Terrorism. Causes four random enemy FeeCo Station’s to be destroyed.
90-100: Glukkonspiel Device: A special package from the Oddworld Mafia’s leader is delivered, which can be used to cause a Power Plant explosion in a Settlement, clearing it up for you to develop.
Khanzumerz:
50-65: Spending Spree. Khanzumerz buy 25% of existing products in the sector they are summoned in.
65-75: Freeloaders. Causes production in an enemy Bosses’ area to be reduced by 50% for 1 quarter.
75-80: Greed is Good. Khanzumerz buy ALL products in the sector they are summoned in.
80-90: Boycott. Khanzumerz, for the price of $50,000, reduce their relations to a random enemy Boss by 20 for 2 years.
90-100: Consumerism. Khanzumerz buy ALL products in the sector they are summoned in at the triple price.
Random Events:
Lawsuit: A disgruntled customer sues your company for any amount between $10,000 and $150,000.
Hurricane: One of your sector’s is heavily devastated by a hurricane.
Establishment: A new Settlement is founded in a random empty sector.
Power Plant Explosion: A Settlement is destroyed, and is left open for development, albeit at a $250,000,000 clean up cost.
Defection: A Big Cheese in one of your regions defects and either becomes an independent competitor or joins one of the other Bosses.

This looks interesting, you must of put a lot of time into this.
Are these the workings of a game of your creation? or do you not mind if someone else uses this to create a game of their own?

Fascinating.

You've done people a favor by making this comprehensive guide to how to play an RPG if you're the Cartel.

Excellent work, I'll have to fully read this soon.
