Native The Church of Scientology vs. The Oddworldian Fellowship

okay.. L Ron Hubbard was a sci-fi writer. he founded scientology. the docturines of scientology sound pretty sci-fi (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenu).* now, if oddworld was a faith (The Oddworldian Fellowship) i think it would be more effective. Because:
i. we wouldn't hide our docturine
ii. we have mudokons
iii. we have a better story
iv. our local shamen would get "Big Face" masks
v. abe would be our messiah
vi. mutch: the anti-christ
vii. we have stories and history already devolped
viii. we have cool games to teach these doctutines

I AM NOT A WACKO WHO WANTS A NEW RELIGION!! All i'm saying is, if you forgot all you knew about oddworld and scientology, and you had to pick a faith, would it be The Church of Scientology or The Oddworldian Fellowship?? treat them both as religions and give it some thought.

Why does everyone hate Scientology? Has anyone actually read their Bible? It might actually have some merit to it.

Buddhism is extremely complex, and most certainly not the dos religion so many believe it to be. After studying it for five years and barely scratching the surface, I should know.

As much as I hate to play Havoc, isn't that what most organized religions do to their average follower?

I'm so angsty and self-righteous.

Well atleast Islam, Christianity, etc. have an old book to go by. What does Scientology have? A science fiction novel written by a second rate sci-fi novel writer.

The thing is that there are some guys who just have a religion to go by it and there are hardcore fans of the religion who brainwash people. If I started a religion on Driver 2(which I still play) there would be those guys who would just follow me around and those guys thinking that it's the only thing that's worth believing in and try to remove all other religions by any means necesarry. It's all the ego in being religious and trying to convert anyone else into it. I think someone wrote about a Harry Potter meeting or something with the Jesus crazed woman who claimed that it's a bad book for using magic.

I'm reading The Da Vinci code at the moment and came across some interesting parts about the stuff above.

Although, there is a chance none of the religions actually are true and it's just a fiction that man has created it for himself to have some rules to go by in life.

Scientology actually has a lot of profound messages beneath all of that kooky stuff. Kind of like the Bible.

You know I just checked out the dates (I'm a detail freak) and found this:
Operation freakout:1st April (april fools joke?)
Maybe it all started that way...

And Da Vinci code is a good book, but everyone in my class looks at how much pages it has and they puke... tsk. Nevermind about that, I didn't even expect it to have facts, but there are a few things.

You want to warn me for possibly the first post I've ever made that has truth in it?

This thread is demeaning to a religion that people actively follow, thus racism, thus against the rules.

Thus i win.
