Similar to skate boarding, but without the board. It's mostly starting to surface in France and surrounding area and is one of the most impressive sports I've ever seen. It's simply amazing what you can do with a wall, a pair of sneakers and the agility of your own body. Of course you also need a very large set of balls in some cases.
Check out this little video of Free Running, it's pretty impressive. It doesn't start off to spectacular but keep watching and you'll be amazed.
I hate those guys. Just like I hate anyone who's actually coordinated.
Anyway, a great example of this is at the beginning of the new Bond movie. I watched it thinking it was the most ridiculous stunt scene I'd ever seen but it turns out it was all for real - the actor is actually regarded as the best Free Runner in the world.

Spending as long as I do here, it's easy to forget that Oddworld has actual fans.

Awesome... I saw a vid like this a while ago, and I was amazed! I envy them... they get to run around the city Prince-of-persia style, and not worry about being arrested...
Even if that was legal in the U.S., there's no where for me to do that anyways... I live in the middle of CO. You know, farmlands...
Anyways, that looks like fun... a whole lotta fun.

Lots of training will get you anything. Also need a lot of courage and stuffs though.
You can't make something like this illegal except that it might not be appreciated if you climb up against someone's building ect. Also the police might hate you if they chase you because there is no way in hell they will ever catch you even if they chase you in a car :P.
Ah, free running. A couple of years back it was taking the world by storm. Now it’s just something for people to be good at so that people like us can be intensely jealous. Apparently there are Parkour factions in Norwich and Sheffield. If I could be bothered to get out of my room once in a while, I would seriously consider investigating further.
