I'm here and I don't know what to do, until now I managed to figure everything out myself but this one is a tough one!

Now this is what I call a game trouble thread, thanks for including an image, and nice grammar!

Right, what you do is travel through the pressure door, move right to the wall quickly and possess the Slig. Use the Slig to run through the door, and wait for the barriers to open, then shoot the Slogs and be careful not to let them get you or Abe, you should be safe, but when you explode the Slig, be careful not to wake the fleech, trust me!

Yep, I spent like 8 times in a row trying to get that one, mostly timing issues. But keep trying and you should make it though.

You typed nicely without misspelling and etc. Usually when people ask for help, they are in such a hurry and type insanely... and often don't include enough information and have to keep replying to get the information we need to help. But you did nicely.

You used Semi-Colons and comas and apostrophes where needed.

Eya, back again this time with a similar question.
I had a fresh Windows install and I lost my save games..
As fun Exodus is, I don't want to play the game all over, I just want to finish it!
I was not a lot further than the point I got stuck at which is described in my first post.

Does anyone have a save that's near that point?

I do, on my Playstation. If I use an emulater to play the files on the AE disc, I can copy the ISO, convert it, then send it to you. It is more complex than it sounds, so I will have to think it over.

I've not played AE in about 7 years. I borrowed my friend's copy, got miles on it, then a weird accidental-Quicksave glitch meant Abe was eternally dead and wouldn't respawn. After that I played it again, got up to a bit with General Dripik (or it might've been a generic Glukkon, can't remember), accidentally quicksave-sealed myself in with 2 greeters and a chant suppressor (meaning I kept dying, respawning and dying again), so played through it a THIRD time, got to Scrabania, then just said 'hell with it' and gave my friend the copy back. I never finished it, which still bugs me. And yes, I found it very easy to accidentally press Quicksave.

Man, you gotta love the quiksave, and you gotta hate it!

That's actually happened to me sometimes, where I quicksave it in the wrong place. It's like with Tomb Raider, I save it when Lara is falling!

I just got AE for the PC on March 2, and I need help. I was at the part in Necrum mines, at the mine cart, and I want to know, is it possible to make the mine cart drop from the ceiling? Or is it my imagination? And also, I beat that, and made it to Necrum, and in the second screen where there's a secret, I missed the well and quiksaved in mid-air so that every time I reswaned, I'd fall right off-screen again

Yep, it's possible to drop the minecart. Have you tried the down button? Or maybe X? Or even Space?

Try the button you use for square on the PS1, I'm not sure what it is on the PC though.

That'd be the Ctrl (control) button. I think it is anyway. On the demos, it's used for actions like pull with levers. I mean grasp levers, then pull them back, not try an get friendly with them.

Actually, it is ctrl! I was trying to hit space in the mine cart, when it wasn't working, so I tried using every action button, and ctrl did it! Now I can save the 9 muds there instead of squishing them! Yay!

I just cleared exoddus yesterday! Man the ending is hard to do! All those f***in' bone drills... But I can't help but wonder, is it possible for at least one mud not to die? Because I tried to get all the muds, but twelve died. I mean, even if I don't manage to save all the muds, I at least make sure that none die... I'm also pissed at AO because I just finished it today and I realized that missed 9 muds... 9 f***in' muds... WAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!*breaks out in terrible sobs*

What you need sir is a hankie. I've got two things to say. When you QuikSave at a wrong spot, just Restart Path in the main menu. And for the second thing, xxAbexx, 12 Mudokons can't die, you have to save them. Just wait two years for skillyaglowi's walkthrough for AE. (if she's still working on it)
