Hey all! I havent been on the forums for a while now.. but I would like to share with you Mariodd!!

Ok Mariodd is a Game Maker based on mario style graphics.... BUT instead Oddworld graphics!

What dose V3 Feature?
1. Slogs
2. Factory Background
3. Factory Floor and Walls
4. Motion Sensor
5. Falling Rocks
6. Spooce Collection Bonus (Read Manual for Info)
7. Timer Mines
8. DIY Floating Mines
9. Water Mines
10. Radius Mines
11. Slam Doors open and Shut!
12. Mine Drills Vertical and Horizontal
13. Mine Drill Rails Vertical and Horizontal
14. Water
15. Munch
16. Detornators
17. Breakable Slam Doors
18. Up and Down AI!
19. Enemy falling added!

2. Music to go with the backgrounds.
3. More Objects.
4. More Enemys
5. Secret Enemy :S! (hidden on the software!)
6. Background not saveing = FIXED!!

This Software took me about 2 days to finish V1.0 and I think its turned out better than what expected...

Remeber! Arxryl made the Character Sprites not me! All credit for them go to him. Other Graphics such as Grass snow gravel and sand are all drawn by me.

For help press F1 when the software has loaded.

I hope all who downloads this enjoys it!

Please do post comments on what you think of it!
oh and post some Ideas for V2.0!

Ye scroll down and click "Download for free with FileFactory Basic"
then click Click here to begin your download.

Right, I have some questions. Is this a mario-based game with oddworld graphics? Is it even a game? You mentioned GameMaker... that's not entirely clear in the introduction. And is it a stand-alone file? Don't want to stop you in your tracks, but I think it'd be nice to know concisely.

For some reason, the game won't play on my computer. It will open up a miniature screen, but then after a while, it shuts itself down. Do you know what is wrong with it?
(but form what I've seen, it's pretty good!)

This is very creative, SligStorm, I like it a lot, nice to make little levels, do you think you could release another version one day where you can make sound and have more features?

Yes I am already makeing V2.0 with sounds and more objects.
Mabe you could suguest some ideas for V2.0?

Maybe some added area backgrounds, some new objects, and new characters, like Glukkons and Gabbits, and don't forget the background music, especially the cool beat of Scrabania! ^.^

im so sorry.... but there has been a major disaster..

The editable GM6 file has been corrupt... for one reason.

THE POWER CUT WHEN SAVEING!!!!!!!! ARGGHHHHHGGHHH!!!!
and to think I was so close to V2.0 aswell

EDIT EDIT EDIT!!!: Thank god I found out there was a way to restore it to last save!

V.2 is really good, I love the addition of the Gluks, Paramites and Scrabs, keep it up, and release more versions!

Ok V2.1 is now up for download it has the "Background dose not save" glitch fixed.

Oh and please do post you levels on this Topic!
