My vote goes to the Steefs, taking into concideration that Stranger is not some special Steef with extraordinary inteligence. He's able to think about stuff from a logical standpoint ect. Mudokons are kind of clumbsy, Glukkons are marketing wonders but that about does it. Sligs... and well, paramites and scrabs are wildlife. They are smart, rather then inteligent.

Steef came close, but I said Gluks., They've monopolized Mudos, built vast industrial empires and enslaved the Mudokons, essentially enslaved sligs and basically rule Mudos (Not Oddworld though, we've only seen the Gluks on Mudos, they may not have such success/live on other Oddworld continents)

Hell yeah! With all the gasses tht burst from them, it creates a whole in Oddworld's ozone layer, thus causing all other species to die out, yet the Slurgs remian! Vivez la resistance!
Steefs, because they seem so much smarter than the average gluk, slig, or whatever you might put down. But, that's just me.

Stranger didn't seem all that bright, of course he's not as noble as other Steef and rejected his heritage in search of a different lifestyle, which is what draws a thick line between him and what remains of the rest of his kind.

Glukkons of course. They're intelligent enough to build an industrial empire. They have the intellect to have so many followers. They have designed things of astonishing capabilities such as their factories, trains, etc. They're smart enough to get others to build what they design. Glukkons are essentially the pinnacle of Oddworld intelligence.
Well, speaking of Munch, he wasn't very bright either. Deep, but, not smart. Quick thinker though, but, aw you've got me all mixed up.

You know everything Odd don't you? Bu tthanks Max, you've furthered my belief that Gluks are the smartest race after Vykkers. But do you know which continent they started on, and if it was just one, then how did they spread to other continents. They can't swim, and we've seen no aquatic trnasport of theirs. Did they get help from the smarter Vykkers.

I knw that, I'm just saying we haven't seen any so far, so all the Glukkons we've seen can't get to the other continents, maybe Vykkers settled everywhere first then allowed the Glukkons to use their inventions to follow.

I'd imagine that regardless where the Glukkons started, they couldn't live a comfortable life exploiting only the land in their native area. I'm sure by now they've used boats or even blimps to seek out other land and establish industrial facilities. We know that boat technology is about at this time in Oddworld. What else could have netted all those gabbits?

And how COULD they be international?
Many of the biggest corporations in the Magog Cartel cover only a tiny spot of Mudos. I imagaine it would be difficult for them to sustain an international conglomerate.
Well, Coca Cola has only a few factories in certain locations but you can buy a Coke just about anywhere you like. The location of the 'head office' does not dictate a corporation's reach.
