Arrow Anyone else save Moolah?

When playing Strangers Wrath I thought I needed to save up 20,000, so I didn't buy anything! Then when I saw the twist in the middle of the game I was totally peeved. I had to face the last bosses with absolutely no upgrades! I'm playing it again now and buying everything right away. Anyone else do that? Maybe I'm an idiot.

Oh yes, I was definately the same. But I think you lose all your upgrades at that point anyway, so it doesn't matter for the final bosses. But I was irritated that I hadn't been able to use them earlier so as soon as I'm back in the vicinity of my Xbox I shall play the game again and spend every coin I get.

Heh, I didn't realy save up anything, just spend it all. My logical thinking mind figured that if you would actualy need 20 grand, you would suddenly get a huge bounty at the end of the game, you would actualy find a steef, or something totaly diffrent would happen. :P

I guessed the plot before I actually got the game (interviews and features reveal lots of things) so I bought all the intresting upgrades first time I played
I'm currently playing it a 3rd time and I've bought everything (except the ammo)

Yeah, it actually has a lot of replay value, you never have to play the same way twice, and trying to get the bounties alive is fun. I wish there were jails in the other towns too though, it was funny talking to the outlaws.

I realised the plot twist but I thought that the operation was rather to bring out his Steefiness, not to hide it. So in that case it would have been vital to the game to earn the moolah.
