(Listen I diden't want to use any of the forum icons so :P)
Has anyone ever played DKC? The games that rare made for the SNES? That one? Yea. I started playing DKC1 and 2 (No 3 cause it sucks so much) and I already beat the 1st one (Pretty easy is you know what to do) and on the last level in DKC2 before the final boss (OMGspoilersKingK.RoolspoilersOMG).
And I decided to make a topic about it. Do you like it? Did you beat all of them? (If so can you PLEASE tell me how to beat that bird in the race in the last level?).
Meh, the original Donkey Kong Country was okay. The sequal, however...Fantasmical! Haven't played DKC3, so I have no opinion, but I've heard mixed reviews on all sides.

Yes, unfortunately I've played DK3. But my brother is addicted to it as heck. It's so annoying hearing the same grunts and unts from DK.

Oh...I absolutley love the Donkey Kong series for the SNES...DKC2 being the best out of the series. I feel the new donkey kong games haven't lived up to the bar that was set with DKC2 so many years ago. DK64 just didn't capture the same feeling at all...and too many damn collectibles to go after. However, I haven't played Jungle Beat yet, but I hear out of all the new games that have come out...it feels the most old school.
DKC games are absolute classics and I love DKC 2 most. I loved all three of them. DKC 3 was kind of diffrent from the other two, engine wise and gameplay wise. I didn't realy like the enemy designs and stuff, way to kiddy IMO, but I still liked it.
This was the series that first got me hooked on Rareware games. Back when I was just a youngen I used to absolutely love these games and managed to complete all three one hundred percent. Good times, good times.
DKC2 is deffinately the greatest of the three, although the Banana Birds from DKC3 amuse me. Too bad Kiddy Kong was an annoying character to play as.
